Our policy is to contract the first confirmed booking without prejudice, however
prime seasonal dates, Public Holidays, Saturdays etc generate multiple enquiries, therefore we strongly advise customers / clients to book Capricorn Events as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Dates cannot be reserved but are fully secured on receipt of a signed contract. Follow our three simple steps to engage our services! 1. Initial Enquiry - Contact us to confirm our availability! We can then provide a quote based on the information you give us. 2. Verbal Agreement - We will answer any questions you may have, address any concerns, discuss your final arrangements and agree a fee. 3. Booking / Engagement Contracted - A personalised contract will be posted to you. After signing and returning the contract, the date and Capricorn Events' services will be secured. Then sit back, relax and know your entertainment is in professional hands. |
