                                                             Will the DJ dress to suite the occasion?

For all functions, the DJ will dress in smart casual / black tie and dinner jacket or as requested by you at time of booking.

                                        What type of sound and lighting equipment will be used by the DJ?

All of our DJ's use professional quality lighting and sound equipment. The size of the Disco will depend on how big the room / suite is and on how many guests will be present / invited to your event / function.

                                               Can I choose the music that will be played at my function?

Our DJ's play music to suit all occasions, as well as requests made by the client prior to the event and by guests on the night.

                                           What if I request music that Capricorn Events does not have?

Our DJ's music collections are comprehensive to say the least and include the most common requested tunes. However, if you give us prior notice of a request for music that we do not have, we will inform the DJ for your function who will obtain it for you.

                                                             Will the DJ be setting up his equipment in front of guests?

No! DJ's always arrive well in advance of the start time of the event. This allows time for the DJ to set up, and be sound checked prior to any guests arriving and to sort out problems, if any.

                                                 Does the DJ participate or interact with invited guests?

This is up to you. Capricorn Events can be as interactive as you would like. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor the performance to suit your needs.

                                                     Will I receive a written contract / confirmation?

Yes. All our clients / customers receive a written contract / confirmation outlining details of the party or event.
Always get a contract.
